A few things had to be changed due to circumstances such as on of our member leaving because she had such an important role in this production such as she had her friends say that they would be the characters for the opening and house was meant to be the original location but because she left we had to start from scratch.

Also some of the things that we were attempting was just to hard for people who were beginnig doing media so we had to change it and that is why it does not add up to what we were originally planning on filming.

Also in the shooting script we mentioned that we would open the scene with crab shot but we were unable to do that because we did not have the right equipment for that so we had to change that.
Instead we replaced that with an establishing shot and then used the dip to black transition to link the scenes and make it flow and fit right.

Because we were unable to make filming when it was darker because we did not have time we did it during the dark and then later on in the process we edited it and made it darker to give it more of a thriller film effect.

We had very limited time and we had to find cast and a whole new location but despite the pressure i feel we did as best that we could well actually we could of done it better but we were under so much pressure to meet the deadline that's the best we could do.

When we had our fellow class mates critique our work they told us things that we already knew but couldn't do anything about it because it was to late. They comment on certain things like how the camera was shaky but i i do say so myself it is an improvement from the preliminary task.

We added a slow motion effect near the end of the opening but the transition to it did quite work and flow that was also one of the criticisms we got so we had to make it still a slow mo but just a faster speed so it could flow and it worked.

We were also told that the idea of the film was good especially for a thriller but if we had gotten everything right it would of been much better.

We also had trouble being able to see the text on the phone at the end of the opening so we had to change that scene and make it seem as if damein was picking up the phone after he has kidnapped the woman> which would make people want to know what he has done with her.

This is the bush that we will see the female protagonist emerge from in the beginning of the opening.
This is to show she was hiding from the person who is chasing after her.

Those three pictures are just pictures of the area.

In the actually opening sequence it will not be so light whether it be we have to film it late or we do some video effects.

Cast

Jackline Boateng

Jackline Boateng helped act the part of the male protagonist. although she is female it worked out well for us because the male protagonist in the film opening face does not need to be seen but we had to use her just to file the opening.

Janet Kamara

Janet Kamara is playing the female protagonist. She will be acting as the person you see in the beginning of the clip. Janet was a friend of mine who helped us out because we in desperate need of an actress and she volunteered to help us.
